**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a clear insight of the business, possess exceptional perception to potential clients along with proactiveness, and excel in account management.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth in a quick manner.
- Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and sales target
- Coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Provide proactive customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Manage key accounts to foster long-term relationships and maximize sales potential.
